Quality Management Nurse
Position summary:
Under the supervision of the Quality Management Director, we are seeking a clinically skilled and detail-oriented individual to support infection prevention, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives in our hospital. The nurse will assist the Director with surveillance, data tracking, and performance improvement efforts that enhance overall quality of care. Key responsibilities are to support infection prevention activities, including monitoring, documentation, and reporting. Assist with clinical quality data collection and analysis. Participate in patient safety and performance improvement initiatives. Help ensure readiness for regulatory surveys and compliance. Must be able to identify trends and analyze quality data and initiate action plans.
Minimal Qualifications: Licensed Practical Nurse with 5 years of clinical background due to chart abstractions and quality of care data collection. Knowledge in compiling graphs, charts, spreadsheets, and expertise in Excel/Word a must. Current License and CPR/BLS a must.
This position is full time Monday thru Friday.
