RN Resident Care Coordinator
This person is responsible or direct and direct provision/supervision of quality nursing care rendered to adult and geriatric residents. This position is responsible for monitoring all of the CNA's day to day activities. This person will also provide Orientation to all new CNAs and handle 90 Day and Annual CNA competencies and evaluation. In addition to handling the C.N.A. certification and teaching course. Also, position will be a support to QA/IC and obtain IC certification
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Current License by the State Board of Nursing as a LPN or RN.
Current BCLA certification or agreement to become certified.
Will obtain and maintain age specific competencies.
This position is full time, Monday thru Friday, and 7am to 4pm and one weekend a month may be required based on need.
