Billing Specialist- Medicare
As a hospital billing clerk, you will be required to process insurance claims and complete follow up on denials and nonpayment of claims for payment with insurance companies in a timely manner. Must be knowledgeable of UB04, 1500 claim forms and filing claims electronically. Excellent customer service skills a must.
High school diploma/GED required. Candidates must have a minimum of one-year billing / following up experience with billing hospital claims. Experience in medical coding and CPAR certification a plus.
This is a full time position with benefits package. Monday thru Friday.
