 Performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in CQI activities. Transports and moves patients onto table. Nuclear medicine technologists use radioactive materials to diagnose and treat diseases under the supervision of a physician. They prepare radiopharmaceuticals, administer them to patients, and use imaging devices to record the distribution within a patient's body. Operate gamma camera and related computers, keep records of tests conducted, test results, use, and disposition of isotopes, observe strict precautions in handling isotopes to safeguard against overexposure to radiation, and prepare radioactive isotopes for administration to patients.
 
 This is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday 8a to 5p.
