Orthopedic Recovery Pathway helps patients who have sustained an orthopedic injury or disability.

Post-Stroke Care/Neurological Recovery Pathway assists patients who have suffered from a stroke, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries or other neurological disabilities.

Cardiac Recovery Pathway addresses patients' oral motor and swallowing skill so that they may be able to take in food and liquid safely.

Positioning and Contracture Management Pathway is designed to reduce the risks of immobilization, including pressure sores, loss of sensation and muscle atrophy.
