Bacon County Community Care Center
Location
The Bacon County Community Care Center is located in the Family Medical Center (East 15th Street) one block from the Bacon County Hospital. It is staffed with a nurse practitioner and a physician. The hours are 8 AM to 4:30 PM daily.
Primary Level Family Care Services
The Community Care Center provides primary level family care services, including episodic and chronic illness care, and patient/family education. Emphasis is on early intervention for disease prevention and health promotion. Community and industrial programs available include breath alcohol testing, urine drug screen collections, CPR and first aid instruction and other programs emphasizing healthy life styles and covering various health care topics.
