Are all services on the RFP in place now?

NO. The sites listed below are approved sites in the BCHS Pilot Program and have services, some of which may be requested in this RFP as upgrades. Other sites may have limited services but may not be as the services requested in this RFP. A Participants listing with contact information is posted at the USAC website along with the RFP.

BCHC PILOT PROGRAM SITES: Bacon County Hospital, Bacon County Rehabilitation Center, Bacon County Community Care Center/Family, Satilla Regional Medical Center (Mayo), Satilla Regional Rehabilitation Institute, Waycross Orthopedics, Wayne Memorial Hospital, Appling Healthcare Systems, Appling Medical Group, Coffee Regional Medical Center, Coffee Walk-in Clinic, Coffee Women's Clinic, CRH Surgical Group, Meadows Regional Medical Center, Southeast Regional Cardiac and Vascular Institute, R.T. Stanley, Sr. Health Center, Vidalia Orthopedic Center, Coffee Regional Medical Center's Hazlehurst Satellite Clinic.

Who is the current service provider for these services?

ATC Broadband, LLC is the current service provider for the BCHS Pilot Program participants. We do not have information providers for other HCPs.

Is this RFP looking at different services are wanting one carrier for all locations listed?

In accordance with the RFP, Vendors must bid on both services (broadband: managed switch service over a secure broadband network, and public Internet) in order to be considered for this RFP. Vendors who are not able to provide both services may team with other providers in order to submit a complete proposal.
